BETH MARIE BUCK, CPA, JOINS INGENIUM CORPORATION AS VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Upper Marlboro, MD –Ingenium Corporation today announced that Beth Marie Buck, CPA, has been named Vice President Chief Financial Officer. Beth will primarily be responsible for the financial plans and policies of Ingenium, including the establishment and maintenance of fiscal controls as well as the preparation and interpretation of financial reports. Beth reports to Andre L. Lynch, CEO of Ingenium.

“Beth’s proficiency in financial planning, cash management and operational improvements using a total team approach is very important for Ingenium as we continue to grow and change to meet market demands,” Mr. Lynch said in making the announcement. “Beth is an experienced senior executive officer and we are pleased to have her join our team.”

Most recently, Beth provided consulting support in the area of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for several public companies. Before that, she was Chief Financial Officer for RWD Technologies, Inc., where she directed financial reporting, tax planning, cash management, international operations and investor relations. Beth has also held positions with MET Electrical Testing Co., as Executive Vice President and with Greater Washington Investors, Inc., as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer.
