As the founder of Ingenium, Mr. Lynch has over 20 years of information technology industry experience and has served Ingenium’s target markets his entire career. Having worked in multiple new business ventures, Mr. Lynch drives Ingenium´s strategic focus through constant interaction with customers and the Ingenium team that serves them. An executive in the early days of Network Solutions (A leader in Domain Name Industry); Mr. Lynch regularly engages with customers and executives of other industries to assist them in exploiting their organizational strengths as well as explore new ways to deliver value to existing or potential customers and markets.
Pradheeshan Coomaraswamy, Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
Pradheeshan Coomaraswamy, a graduate of Ingenium´s Strategic Leadership Forum (SLF), has more than 12 years of experience in developing innovative technology solutions to meet customer needs in the Department of Defense and Healthcare industries. Mr. Coomaraswamy is a Certified Federal Enterprise Architect and leads Ingenium´s Solutions Architects who are tasked with improving the delivery of technical solutions through innovation and the adoption of best practices. Mr. Coomaraswamy also has extensive operational and program management experience.
Kendra Leser, Director of Finance & Accounting and Controller
Kendra Leser has more than 20 years of government contracting program, operational and strategic management experience and a distinctive career in financial management. Working predominantly in the Information Technology sector, Ms. Leser has a highly developed compliance and change management skill set that has been able to produce marked improvements for many large companies and has assisted in obtaining CMMI certifications, reducing costs and streamlining processes and operations.
Nicole Rockett, Director of Human Resources
Nicole Rockett joined Ingenium Corporation in 2004 and brings with her now over 12 years of Human Resources Management experience to include, strategic benefit planning and analysis, performance management, compensation analysis, employee relations, and government reporting and compliance. Her diverse experience and skill set has resulted in the establishment of an organizations Human Resources foundation and alignment with its strategic goals. Ms. Rockett holds certifications in Human Resources from University of Maryland, University College in addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources.
