INGENIUM CORPORATION AWARDED CONTRACT TO SUPPORT IT BUSINESS SYSTEMS AT AMARC IN TUCSON

Tucson, AZ -Ingenium Corporation today announced that it has been awarded a contract to provide Business System Management Information Technology (IT) support for the Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC) at Davis-Monthan, AFB in Tucson, Arizona, effective October 1. Ingenium will also support approved and improved business practices and technologies for AMARC's Business System (ABS). The three year contract, one base year with two (2) option years, is valued at $5.2 million.

"AMARC has already established itself as a leader in implementing new and innovative technologies throughout the US Air Force, " Andre L. Lynch, President and CEO, said in making the announcement. "Through this contract, Ingenium will help AMARC to build on an already excellent reputation, by implementing world class best practices to further improve and enhance ABS technologies."

Under the contract, Ingenium will operate AMARC's computer and data center providing system and database administration support of new and existing systems, including maintenance and upgrade/configuration as well as maintenance of C4 Systems Installation Records (CSIR); COTS hardware/software vendor support and coordination; business analysis of AMARC's business operations; financial and cost accounting support, and special projects as determined by AMARC. Ingenium's team member is the Oracle Corporation, a world leader in database and financial management systems.
