INGENIUM CORPORATION WINS MARYLAND CONSULTING PROCUREMENT CONTRACTS
Upper Marlboro, MD -Ingenium Corporation today announced that it has been awarded two master contracts under the Consulting Services Procurement (CSP) sponsored by the Maryland Department of Budget and Management's Office of Information Technology. The master contracts will allow Ingenium to compete with other CSP awardees for Information Technology (IT) Management and Business Process consulting services task orders in support of State agencies.
The base term of the master contracts expires July 23, 2005. After that date, the State has the unilateral right to extend the master contracts for up to two additional, successive one-year terms. The State plans to use CSP to supplement its in-house IT expertise.
"Ingenium is very proud to receive these master contract awards as they will give us the opportunity to add to our growing list of state and local government customers, " Bill McDonald, Director of Business Development ,said in making the announcement. "Our capabilities align closely with the types of solutions needed by State agencies and we expect CSP to be a significant contract vehicle for the company for years to come."
In the area of IT Management Consulting, Ingenium will compete for task orders to provide IT Enterprise Architecture Development, Systems Review for Architectural Consistency, Strategic Planning Assistance, Project Management Services, Vendor Assessments and Risk Assessment Analysis. In Business Process Consulting, Ingenium will compete for task orders to provide assistance to State agencies seeking to streamline internal business processes as well as those that cross over various agencies to eliminate redundancy and increase productivity.
