BY CONTRACT VEHICLES

Ingenium’s first major contract involved the integration of diverse telecommunications networks for a major US carrier. Integrating four different platforms running on multiple terminals into one seamless management application utilizing graphical interfaces accessed through a single desktop. This was 1993 and years later, we are still supporting some of the largest communications networks, public and private in the world.

Ingenium provides the most robust capabilities for developing and managing mid–size and large telecommunication systems projects on a global scale. Our subject matter experts and network engineers possess a comprehensive knowledge of the entire spectrum of telecommunications technologies, and team with our functional strategists to craft and deploy telecommunications frameworks that are specifically tailored to an organization’s user needs.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS > Systems Engineering

Ingenium experience includes managing large switching systems covering geographically dispersed campuses to integrating multi-vendor platforms performing global voice, data, and video communications. Skillful leadership, practical and scalable solutions, and minimizing the cost and time to deployment represent the key factors to project success. Our approach embraces a collaborative process that allows us to field more knowledgeable teams who are capable of making immediate decisions based on real conditions, information, and customer expectations. We interlace all components of our customer’s requirements with other special considerations like redundancy, return to service, and contingency operations during catastrophic events. We regard and manage your telecommunications infrastructure as it should be: an essential, vital utility within your organization.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS > System Deployment and Sustainment

Our approach to telecommunications technology is grounded in one basic principle: will it meet the customer’s needs today and in the future? Economics, the state of emerging technologies, and workforce behavior all represent critical factors in defining telecommunications requirements. Once a customized technology plan is developed, Ingenium can support your organization with our experience in the following activities:

  • Deployment of robust OC-192 lines supporting high-speed data transfer rates
  • Multi-protocol label switching (MPLS)
  • Architecting network operations centers
  • Managing data centers
  • Implementing workforce mobility capabilities, including wireless PDA services
